Adam Zembruski, a hotel industry enthusiast, is the Founder of Hospiamo, Inc., a social enterprise, and the Hospitality Industry Impact Initiative, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Both organizations are dedicated to advancing the hotel and hospitality industry by enriching the lives of frontline hospitality managers across the nation and inspiring the next generation of hospitality and tourism entrepreneurs.
Adam brings over 30 years of diverse experience, having spent at least 8 years in each of three unique career tracks. He spent 12 years in multi-departmental property operations, from restaurant and hotel management to serving as General Manager of multiple properties. He then transitioned to the corporate track of third-party hotel management for 8 years. For the past 8 years, he has served as a hotel owner, asset manager, and trusted advisor to real estate investors, as well as CEOs and COOs of hotel management companies. Adam firmly believes that the social enterprise model is the battering ram needed to break the barriers to ownership for hospitality managers. On the path to achieving 100% employee ownership, he is committed to creating innovative solutions to address the largest challenges in the hotel and hospitality industry, transforming it into a more inclusive and empowering space for all.
