I have 20+ years of hospitality operations experience, including management experience with Walt Disney World and Westgate Resorts. After I lost my job during the pandemic I pivoted to teaching hospitality management classes with Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where I have been for the past 3+ years. My hospitality education and management experience make me an ideal candidate for consulting with businesses on how to improve their operations, employee management, and guest service.
