After an 8-year hiatus from the hospitality industry, I walked into a travel agency to the exclamation, "Hey! You're the bingo guy!" An email marketing campaign from 8 years prior confirmed three things: the power of storytelling, the power of personal branding, and that I needed to foster cooler nicknames.

After going to Art School in the 90's, the next logical step was a hotel sales career of course. After eleven years in hospitality, I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted to do. Then the opportunity to be part owner of a family limestone fabrication business presented itself and being a high risk/high reward person, I went for it. After 7 years of running a limestone company in Illinois, then a second company simultaneously in Indiana, we called it quits. But now I had a taste for leadership, and my quest to become a Director of Sales & Marketing began.

Now I have the best job I've ever had... so far.
