Jeff Korzenik is Chief Economist of one of the country's largest commercial banks and a widely recognized expert on the labor shortage and its solutions. His award-winning book, "Untapped Talent: How Second Chance Hiring Works for Your Business and the Community" (HarperCollins Leadership, April 2021), shares the business case and best practices of hiring people with criminal records. His work has led him to the White House, Capitol Hill, state capitols, and to his being elected to the Council of Criminal Justice. Korzenik is a graduate of Princeton University and serves on the American Bankers Association Economic Advisory Committee and the Advisory Board of the Peabody Essex Museum. He is a graduate of Princeton University and resides in Florida.
