Meredith Marin is a hospitality entrepreneur with a background in social work and community organizing. She is the Founder and CEO of Vegan Hospitality, the largest worldwide professional vegan consultant network. Meredith is known in the hospitality community for her work to transform the island of Aruba into the most vegan friendly island in the Caribbean, through her creation of the High Impact Hospitality Method to take restaurants and hotels from zero to vegan friendly. Meredith's most recent accomplishment is leading Vegan Hospitality to successfully launch the world's first third-party validated hotel certification for accommodations that welcome vegan guests.
