Steven is highly respected within the industry and is a former winner of the Caterer Acorn Award. He currently holds several pivotal roles, including Chair of the Chester Hospitality Association, Vice-Chair of the Liverpool Hospitality Association and Liverpool Accommodation BID, and Co-Chair for UK Hospitality (Northern Region). With over 30 years in hospitality, his career spans hotels, serviced apartments, restaurants, event spaces, and festivals. His current portfolio includes six accommodation properties across Merseyside, Cheshire, and North Wales. Steven is also a co-director of the 3-day festival, DevaFest, at Cholmondeley Castle and an investor in ThinK Wine Group. Additionally, he runs Hospitality Hero Ltd, hosting industry events and leading a campaign around hospitality for NEET youth across the UK and the launch of his new book, 'Bee Our Guest'
