Tiffiany started her career in Hospitality at 8 years old within her parent's restaurant as a hostess. At a young age Tiffiany traveled all throughout the world wit her parents experiencing different cultures and learning through experiential travel. This is where she developed her love of hospitality. Tiffiany's background in hospitality has been working in the luxury and independent hotels for 32 years. She has worked on the West Coast, East Coast, Mid-West, Caribbean, and Mexico. Tiffiany is very proud to where she started from in hospitality as she started as a cocktail waitress and worked her way up quickly to management. Tiffiany has worked with several boards, committees, and groups throughout her career including hospitality boards, however, the one she loves to mention is the Human Society experience. Working with people to develop a safe and secure environment for animals. This includes education experiences like why it is important to spay and neuter your pets or even how to maintain a proper feral cat program.
During Tiffiany tenure in the hospitality field, she raised a family most of the time as a single mom. Tiffiany took many courses offered through the company to continue to refine her skills not only in the professional work but enhanced her personal life developing 3 children to be independent career minded individuals.
When Tiffiany onboards new crew members she talks about Passion for what you do, and she also states "Hospitality to me is a way of life it's not a career."
