Tomorrow is Thanksgiving here in the US, and this week is typically one of the busiest travel weeks of the year.

Usually, on this show, we talk about how to provide hospitality but we're going to do something a bit different today that might either benefit you as a guest somewhere – or if you're working outside the industry understand what it's like to be providing hospitality on holidays like these.
